TBH Pool Service offers weekly pool maintenance, minor repairs, and system upgrades. Services may vary depending on customer needs, property conditions, and agreed-upon service plans. About Us page.
2. Scheduling & Access

  • Weekly maintenance visits will be scheduled in advance.

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the pool area.

  • Missed appointments due to restricted access may still be billed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement (weekly, monthly, or upon completion of repairs).

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • Services may be suspended if payment is not received.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate water levels between visits.

  • Report any leaks, damage, or safety hazards promptly.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept away during service for safety.

5. Repairs & Upgrades

  • Minor repairs and upgrades will be quoted before work begins.

  • Approval is required before additional charges are applied.

  • TBH Pool Service is not liable for pre-existing equipment or structural issues.

6. Safety & Liability

  • Our technicians follow safety protocols at all times.

  • TBH Pool Service is not responsible for injuries sustained by customers, guests, or pets during or after service.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

7. Cancellations & Termination

  • Clients may cancel recurring services with at least 14 days’ notice.

  • TBH Pool Service reserves the right to terminate service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or repeated access issues.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Severe weather may delay or reschedule services.

  • TBH Pool Service will make every effort to notify clients and reschedule as soon as possible.

9. Guarantee of Service
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with a weekly service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue. Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
TBH Pool Service may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
